For this image, I scanned various clear and white objects on the scanner. Then, I inverted the image and played around with contrast and darkness. Then, I added a photo effects layer to give an orange tint to the picture. Then I started focusing on specific sections of the image using the vibrance, contrast, exposure, saturation, gradient etc. The color spiral is a combination of gradient, contrast and exposure.
